| PRESIDENT Ken West Ken West has been in the Consumer Finance industry for 43 years. He began his career at Pioneer Credit in Cleveland TN in August of 1983. Promotions followed to Branch Manager, District Supervisor, Vice President of Operations then Senior Vice President of Operations from 1987 to 2010. Stacy Lipford Stacy started in the finance industry in 1996 as a customer service representative with First Family Financial Services. She was promoted to assistant manager in 1998. Stacy worked as an assistant manager for Personal Finance from 2000 to 2005. She is currently the managing member of an independent finance company, Tennessee Independent Credit Group. Josh Nickerson began his career in consumer finance in 2000 at Onemain Financial; he was promoted to branch manager in 2004. He managed for eight years in Winchester, TN until leaving to open a new office for 1st Franklin Financial in 2013. Joe Perdue has over 35 years working in the Consumer Finance Industry. He began his career in the Consumer Finance Industry in 1982 as an outside field collector for Barclays American Financial. After Barclays was purchased by Commercial Credit (currently One Main Financial), Joe worked his way up through various positions at One Main before eventually leaving the company in 2007 to join Mariner Finance as Senior Vice President of Branch Operations.
